Knowledge transfer

 

Ortelius Academy is a significant dimension of Ortelius’ approach to helping organizations through processes of transformation on the basis of common points of reference. Ortelius Academy offers our customers support, coaching and education to prepare them to pursue systematic improvement operations independently. Ortelius Academy is a hub for transfer of knowledge through education of our own, customers’ and partners’ employees.

Knowledge transfer is not only an activity that happens once, it is an ongoing process and it envolves not only Academy from Ortelius but also our professionals being part of a project delivery. Adoption of our method involves, from the first project, embarking on a mentorship journey. This entails continuous transfer of knowledge that, thanks to our methodology and tool, grows continuously and remains with the organization once all projects have been completed.
