Enterprise Evolution Framework (EEF)
Our frameworks purpose is to secure an effectively govern Enterprise Evolution Process (EEP) throughout each level of an enterprise. Compared to other approaches for business development, knowledge is put inside a Common Point of Reference which allows visualization and thereby understanding of what needs are to be improved and how they relate to set goals and strategies. The framework with its methodology supports an iterative process, through a number of phases; from identification of needs, to implementation and final feedback. EEF together with a well-structured CPR makes it possible with constancy to meet the requirements for high quality change efficiently and with accord. Through EEF visualization and simulation the ability to early on change project details, detect and correct mistakes, or enter modifications that otherwise lead to the necessity to engage extra, often more expensive solutions, to correct the fault is avoided.
