Change is inevitable and we need to cope with it. Evolution is (demands) more than coping with change. It is a process of continuously improving to a more complex and better (advanced) state. That is why we call our process the Enterprise Evolution Process, because it ensures that your business has the means use to master complexity and be truly competitive over time.
Ortelius have developed a supporting framework (Enterprise Evolution Framwork - EEF) with methodology supporting an iterative process,. Through a number of phases, EEF, compromises a well-structured common point of reference or CPR, making it possible, with consistency to meet the requirements for high quality change with accord. Through visualization and simulation the ability to early on, change project details, detect and correct mistakes or enter modifications occur right away avoiding the necessity to engage extra, often more expensive solutions, to correct the any faults.
