inorigo® is the “brain” in our Enterprise Evolution Process with the capacity to organize information in a way that it can act as a Common Point of Reference for a whole enterprise. inorigo® secure managing the common knowledge within an enterprise and to support the business improvement process. It is built to capture the fundamental logics of an enterprise and to obtain the ability to analyze and simulate improvements, SIM mode; but also, to be deployed as RUN mode to support the daily operations where existing information systems lack functionality and it’s not cost efficient to configure.
inorigo® Core Model
The inorigo® Core Model contains the logic basic “building blocks” with which every enterprise may be defined. On top of this generic base model, layers of increasingly specific models of the enterprise are added. Along with key stakeholders from your enterprise we configure existing patterns or define new ones depending on what functions/processes within your line of business are to be improved and how unique your business is.
inorigo® Manager
To be able to host the Core Model and thereby be able to describe a large enterprise with its different complex relations, Ortelius has developed inorigo® Manager. Because a well-defined enterprise model must include many complex relations that need to evolve over time. inorigo® Manager tool helps us capture, visualize and understand the enterprise as it is today, as well as what it will be in the future.
When inorigo® Manager is deployed, the model developed through analysis and simulation may be used immediately to support the enterprise in its daily interactions.
inorigo® Verso
With the help of the inorigo® Verso function, we can create views of the modeled information and to assist the user in navigation. This makes it possible to efficiently use and experiment the modeled improvement. With inorigo® as an already operative CPR, we can put the next version of the enterprise to the test immediately, with higher quality and probability of an evocative, substantive outcome with definitively less time and resource waste.
