What do you bring to the table?

As the driver within our customer success team, you will work closely with our mostly happy clients (those that might be a tad unhappy you will work to make happy) including most of Sweden’s biggest companies and a few international giants. Our clients realize that the future of their company lies in the minds of their people and use our software platform to become the best at managing their collective intelligence.

We’ve been in business since 1999. Early on, we recognized that organizational effectiveness will go digital, and developed a platform, inorigo®, a tool for digitizing the company’s collective intelligence, which in the meanwhile has proven to raise the value of the business of our clients.

We continue to grow, and that’s why we’d love to meet you. You are essential in the customer success team. It’s all about working closely with our clients and guiding them on the journey of creating a Digital Twin of the Organization. The day to day tasks vary from specifying the project, creating and implementing longer term governance procedures, working within inorigo® building and populating, running modelling workshops and much more.

Being creative and tenacious is in our DNA. We love a challenge and most importantly we thrive on creating significant value and change for our customers. With our commitment, we tackle complex issues that others are unable to solve.

You are digitally savvy, and can’t wait to understand what our solutions, including inorigo® can do for our customers. We’re a very open-minded company when it comes to skills and background. Experience which is desirable but not mandatory include:

  • Business development and change on a strategic and tactical level
  • Running projects and delivering change, dealing with complicated issues and even more complicated solutions
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, being fluent in Swedish too is preferred
